Fulfillment Policy
Refund Policy: Clients are eligible to request refunds within 30 days of the purchase date if the leads provided do not meet the specified criteria. Refunds are contingent on the client not accepting any leads within the first 30 days and providing timely notification within 3 days of receiving a lead.
Delivery Policy: Leadception is committed to delivering high-quality leads within 14 days from the subscription date, subject to market conditions and the agent’s area response rates.
Return Policy: As Leadception provides services, traditional return policies do not apply. Concerns regarding lead quality are handled through our lead replacement procedure, as outlined in the refund policy.
Cancellation Policy: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Refund eligibility following cancellation adheres to the conditions specified in the refund policy, particularly within the initial 30-day period.
Lead Replacement: If leads do not meet the agreed-upon standards, clients must notify Leadception in writing within 3 days to initiate the lead replacement process.
Privacy and Security: We are dedicated to safeguarding client information through rigorous privacy measures. All transactional information is kept confidential and secure.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association, under the governance of Wyoming law.
